Portland Street of Dreams–Great Bathroom Ideas
The NW Natural Gas Street of Dreams is always an incredible way to see the new trends in home-building.B I love to piece the homes and show you room by room what’s happening. This year, the Streets are in Forest Heights and for the most part nestled in amongst the trees.B Some of the bathroom trends I’m seeing are:
- Continued use of marble, granite and tile surface finishes
- Larger focus on built-ins and ‘furniture’ pieces
- Simple over-sized mirrors
- Formed sinks & cut-outs
- Sleek, smooth cabinetry and knobs.
- Over-sized windows (which works great when all you can see are trees!!)
