Market Report for March 2010–Laurelhurst Neighborhood

The Market report for March 2010 is out and while over last year, prices have fallen an average of 5.6%, month over month, they are up over 2.6%. Inventory is shrinking at the begining of the best% time to list so I’ll be curious to see what listings pop up on the market in April as listings in March sunk to 7.6 months of inventory. The Laurelhurst Neighborhood closed 5 of 34 listings in March with an average sales price of $450,706. Homes are closing at 92% of the most recent list price.
