There are many cozy neighborhoods tucked in around the Westside curves of Highway 26. One of them is Raleighwood. While their active listings at 26 might not seem big and mighty, the fact that their closed sales are above 15% is better than the other neighborhoods I’ve highlighted today. With a median price right at $572k– the 75th percentile topped out at almost $700k in March. Cozy but mighty–it will be interesting to see how much movement occurs in Raleighwood in April.
