They include WestHaven, Windemere, Sylvan & Catlin Crest. Collectively and as you’ll see below, they’ve had a tough year or so….and June wasn’t any kinder. Here’s the map!

- Considering that the Average Sales Price Here is $398k, NW Slope has an inventory of 10 months compared to the Portland Metro area at 7.3….
- NW Slope had some big sales in February of ’10 as the average sales price then was just over $600k…that’s a rough drop in just 4 months.
- NW Slope neighborhood closed homes averaged 89% of the most recent list price = an 11% reduction at the bargaining table.
