Out of the nine neighborhoods inB Northwest PortlandB : B Bethany, Bonny Slope, Catlin Crest, Cedar Mill, Oak Hills, Rock Creek, Somerset, West Haven & Windemere, not every area had a stellar year and yet for an overall area to be 13% up on raw sales over LY, it’s very encouraging for what we hope will be an even stronger 2011.

  • Condos, Attached homes, Short Sale & Bank Owned property under $250k drove those numbers.
  • The second best sweet spot was between $300k-$350k
  • Price point between $500-$600k was the biggest sticking point with an 11% decrease in solds vs. 2009.
