Out of the nine neighborhoods inB Northwest PortlandB : B Bethany, Bonny Slope, Catlin Crest, Cedar Mill, Oak Hills, Rock Creek, Somerset, West Haven & Windemere, not every area had a stellar year and yet for an overall area to be 13% up on raw sales over LY, it’s very encouraging for what we hope will be an even stronger 2011.
