Q4 2010 Sales vs. First Five Months of 2011

The entire NW slope of Portland is holding steady on an 8 month trend averaging 78 home sales per month.B Very interesting to see those units under $300k explode like that the first part of 2011. The blip on $400-$500k is encouraging and then the skip to $700k plus.B Once we get past June 30th, the stats from 2010’s first time home buyer tax credit will stop being skewed and I’ll be tracking apples to apples starting in July.B NW Portland had fantastic sold stats in 2010 when compared to 2009—looking forward to seeing that trend continue the rest of 2011.
