It’s been open since 2005, and available for breakfast for the past two years, but I’ve missed out onB B B B B Sub Rosa until this morning! They call themselves ‘a neighborhood joint’ and they’ve got it right. People from all walks of life from the Clinton Neighborhood stream in constantly…almost as quickly as Erin keeps the coffee in ones cup filled.B Erin says that the owner, Mary Ann, ‘hand researches the ingredients used in every dish’.B Fresh produce comes from Uncle Paul’s which isB just down the street and the local coffee comes from Nossa Familia–both local businesses.B They’ve even got a little window cut out for Justin—and patrons stop by to say hello and solidify plans later in the weekend as they leave.B Sub Rosa also serves dinner and has a yummy dessert menu! So yes, cool and new to me–great place breakfast, dinner or dessert and coffee anytime. On the corner of SE 26th & Clinton!
